Purchaser: This is you, the purchaser of the Refundable Season Pass. We also use "you" and "your" to refer to you.
Refundable Season Pass: The Telluride Season Pass option that gives you the ability to cancel your unused pass for any reason and receive a refund based on the schedule below, powered by Spot.
Refundable Season Pass Price: The eligible purchase price of your Season Pass, as reflected at checkout and confirmed in your confirmation email. Your Refundable Season Pass Price is used to calculate the value of any refund you’re eligible to receive and excludes taxes, fees and add-ons.
Spot: The company that provides the refund service for Telluride Ski Resort.
Spot Account: Your online account, accessed at myaccount.getspot.com using the email address associated with your Pass purchase. It shows your purchase details and current refund value.
Refund Guarantee: The underlying refund service from Spot that powers your Refundable Season Pass.
Usage: Any use of your Refundable Season Pass for mountain access.

What is the Refundable Season Pass?

The Refundable Season Pass gives you the flexibility to cancel your unused Pass for any reason. If you cancel before the season starts on November 26, 2026, Telluride Ski Resort will refund 100% of your Pass Price directly. Once the season begins, refunds are serviced by Spot, and you can cancel your unused Pass for a prorated refund through February 15, 2027.

Refund Schedule:

Unused Pass, before November 26, 2026: Receive a 100% refund, processed directly by Telluride Ski Resort.
Unused Pass, November 26, 2026 – February 15, 2027: Receive a prorated refund based on the percentage of the defined season remaining, less 10 percentage points. For purposes of calculating your refund, the season is defined as November 26, 2026 through February 28, 2027, regardless of Telluride Ski Resort's actual opening or closing dates. Refunds start at 90% of your Pass price on November 26 and gradually decrease to approximately 5% by February 15. Refunds during this period are processed by Spot.
Unused Pass, after February 15, 2027: No refund is available.
Used Pass (any use): No refund is available, regardless of when the Pass is used or how much of the season remains.

How Do I Get a Refund?

There is no proof or documentation required to request a refund. Most refund requests take only a few minutes to submit, and Spot will typically process your refund within 24 hours of confirming your Pass has been canceled.

Before November 26, 2026: Contact the Telluride Ski Resort Pass Office at (970) 728-7517 or passes@telski.com to cancel your Pass and receive your 100% refund.

November 26, 2026 – February 15, 2027:

Log in to your Spot Account at myaccount.getspot.com on or before February 15, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. MST. First-time users will need to create an account using the email address associated with their original Pass purchase.
Navigate to your Refund Guarantee and click "Request Refund."
Review the refund amount available to you, complete the refund request, and click "Submit."
Spot will email you to confirm once your Pass cancellation has been processed.
Following confirmation, Spot will issue your refund to your Venmo or PayPal account, in the currency of your original purchase. It may take 1–3 business days for funds to arrive.
Once your refund is processed, your Pass will also be canceled with Telluride Ski Resort and can no longer be used.

What is Excluded?

If you receive a refund from Telluride Ski Resort for any reason, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund for that Pass through Spot. Your Refundable Season Pass does not cover add-ons purchased with your Pass, and taxes and fees are not included in the refundable amount.
