If you cancel your Ticket on your own initiative, Spot will refund you a percentage of the protected amount listed in your confirmation email, based on the schedule below.
Refund Guarantee is not insurance. It is a financial protection product enabling flexibility through the option to cancel. Coverage starts at 12:01 AM UTC on the day after you purchase your first Booking.
Refund Schedule:
If you are offered and choose to accept a refund for the event from the event with whom you purchased your Ticket from, you forfeit any and all refundable value associated with your Refund Guarantee purchase. Additionally, Spot’s Refund Guarantee will not cover cancellations within 48H of the start of the event.
Spot's Refund Guarantee is priced as a percentage of your Ticket Value and is non-refundable. The only exception is if the event is canceled by the event promoter.
There is no proof or documentation required to use Spot’s Refund Guarantee. Refund requests will be confirmed within 24 hours of the request and funds will be returned to your account within 1-3 business days of you receiving confirmation of your request.
